Did I leave the iron on??

My brain is full.

I spent a sleepless night last night wondering if I had unplugged the potpourri pot in my classroom before I left for Spring Break on Thursday afternoon. Of course, I was worried that my school would be burned to the ground when I drove past on my way to my mom's church this morning...all because of me.

Luckily, this was not what had happened. I drove past school early this morning and all was well. It wasn't enough, though. I had to physically walk into my classroom and check on my way back home this evening to make sure the stupid pot had been unplugged before I could relax enough to sleep tonight.

It was unplugged. There is much relief. Now I can enjoy the rest of my Spring Break.

In other news...coffee is wonderful.
